Steps with an (not in lane graph) tag come from a choice_selected emission whose step_id doesn't match any node in onboardingFlow.ts — usually an experimental copy variant or a stale telemetry id.
Cohort = All users includes anyone who emitted a choice_selected in the window. The two named cohorts apply the same filter the funnel page does (journey_status.choice = '…').
